Refund policy

Purchased items may be returned in perfect condition*, and in their original packaging, up to 10 days after their initial receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Customer must pay return shipping fees. Please contact us to initiate the return process: sales@nomatiq.com

*Unfortunately broken ceramic, glass or stone items cannot be refunded, as they are by nature fragile and prone to breakage. Please treat these items with care.
